Un très bel hôtel !
L’hotel est récent et très beau. Il est un peu excentré du centre de Hanoï mais ça ne nous a pas posé de problème. Le personnel est très professionnel et parfaitement à l’ecoute. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Définitivement un 5 étoiles...
Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre Deluxe avec executive lounge Le personnel était aux petits soins pour nous, surtout dans l'executive lounge Deux petits bémols; le niveau d'anglais de certains personnels était approximatif et le wifi dans la chambre n'était pas très efficace. Pour le reste, nous avons passé un excellent séjour (12 jours); définitivement, un 5 étoiles.

お部屋が少し臭かったが、ホテル自体は良い匂いで素敵でした。 写真映えするところも多かったです。 バスタブも広めで、バスソルトが付いてるのも良かった。 また、アメニティがロンドンのアロマテラピーなんとかっていうブランドで、とても良い香りでした！

Absolutely the best!
Family vacation. We stayed for 4 days. Absolutely the most wonderful experience ever. Best service, friendly, helpful staff. Linen was very nice, wonderful pool and spa. Breakfast was great with many choice of cuisine (Korean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Indian, along with the continental). We had access to executive lounge which added to the delightful stay. Will defenitely stay here again when we go to Hanoi. It is about 30 minutes from the old town (most tourist attractions), but we had no problem with it.

We could highly recommend staying at this hotel. We stayed with access to the Executive Club, and was the best club experience we have had. They staff were amazing, nothing was to much to ask for, and all they wanted to do was enhance your experience. We were very impressed.

We had SUCH A GREAT TIME at this hotel. 10/10 times, we would go back to Hanoi just to stay at this hotel. From the relentlessly phenomenal service, communication, and hospitality to the great food options inside and outside the hotel. Everything was top notch and each person who worked at the hotel ALWAYS had a smile on their face and happy to help. This is the most genuine hotel we have ever stayed at to date and loved our experience!
