Andres came to us as a last minute booking but we manage him to and arrange his transfer to hotel from airport. He came with a lady and as per him it was his wife. His actual reservation was 18th to 25th January 2024. On 23rd morning we heard a loud voice and screaming in his room. The lady came out from room and complained at reception about Andres behavior. They both had fight in the room and room furniture was broken. Even room linen was dirty with damaged items. We try to call the police but Andres and wife request us not to call the police. Finally we came to know that the lady was not his wife. He picked her on the road and give her flight ticket and take her with him to Maldives. So we ask them to short out their personal metters. Finally they request us to arrange their transfer to another Island called Omadhoo. We did it and arrange the transportation. They left us on 23rd January 2024. Before the actual date of their checkout. So our understanding is the holiday of Mr. Andres was unfortunately unhappy about his holiday not because of our hotel and service it’s his own problem. We request customers to review our hotel with our services not on their own issues.
