« The property was well presented and of a high standard. Our group of 8 people really enjoyed our stopover there.4 start rating due to lack of bedroom furnishings/wardrobes in all bedrooms and driveway prone to flooding. (Car in 5cm water after overnight rainfall). »

« Lovely venue, with a great lake view. House was clean, and check in was easy. Comfortable beds and bedding. A wonderful overnight stay for our group of 10.Minor complaint about some of the cleaning up items available (there were no dishwasher tablets available, so had to pop to the shop in the morning of check out to get some) Also there was no cork screw bottle opener so I couldn't open a bottle of wine :-(Otherwise it was a great experience »

« Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks »

« We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths! »

« Check in was easy and it's hard to miss with it at the very top. Our room had alot of dead crane flys in our room including on our bed. We had fresh towels to but with all the dead bugs Im not sure how fresh the towels were or how recent the room had been cleaned and for the price I would expect better. »

Communication with Susan & her team is always clear, professional & personable & we would definitely book it again. »
