« Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations, particularly considering the price. There is no onsite parking, which was inconvenient. The listing also does not include any photos of the outdoor area, and after seeing it in person, we could understand why. The outdoor furniture and barbecue were in terrible condition and did not feel clean or usable. « The house is newly renovated and clean and comfortable. Easy parking. Each room has a heater. This time we were just passing by, so we stayed for one night. We will come back and experience more it next time. »

« We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths! »
