Got up in the morning they were in the tub and on the wash clothes that we had used. I killed a few. And put them in a plastic bag. An took them to the front. Spoke to a young lady at the front desk. And told her about the situation. No manger came to speak to me at all . Have not heard from them yet. And the young lady said that they would call. »

« We had a room with kitchen and with balcony with beach view. Room was brand new. All renovated and kitchen equipment all new. Everything very clean. Appreciated the beach right aside and the fact that it was not too crowdy. Personnel very kind and professional. »

« Nous avons vu deux coquerelles dans la chambre une à notre arrivée toute petite, nous ne savions pas que c’était ça. On s’est installé pour dormir. Et peu avant 23h, un autre insecte qu’on a vu sortir de sous le divan. Divan qui avait été recouvert de tissus bon marché sale, et troué aussi. J’ai défendu les enfants de s’asseoir dessus.
