« We were there Jan14-17 2026. It’s an older home tucked into a quiet neighborhood about 25 miles north of Hilo—so it’s a bit remote if that matters to you. We loved the location and neighborhood. As someone else mentioned, the interior has a cozy “Maine cabin” feel, but it’s nice and clean, with amenities as advertised. The deck is huge and very comfortable, with an amazing view over the North Pacific! The owners are great—very communicative and helpful. We left the doors open and screens closed...
