Très bel hôtel, idéalement placé au bord du lac Ashi. L’accueil est très chaleureux et les chambrés magnifiques.. petit bémol sur la qualité du repas compris dans la nuitée : grand buffet un peu cantine.. le petit déjeuner est sur le même concept et de bonne qualité.

スタッフの対応もよく綺麗で食事も美味しいホテルでした。虫が何匹か部屋にいて仕方ないことと思いますので清潔さを四ツ星にしましたが問題なく清潔です。とても楽しく過ごさせていただきました。

ホテルと温泉がとても良いです。 スタッフの応対も素晴らしいです。 小田原駅からシャトルバスを運行しているので、交通費と時間を大幅に節約できます。 湖にとても近いので、心地よい散歩ができます。 箱根から一番高いところにあるので、バスで山道を上り下りするのはつらいかもしれないので、乗り物酔いの方は注意が必要です 用意された食事の品質は素晴らしいです。 ただメインディッシュがないという感じで、食後も物足りなさを感じました。 高齢のご両親を自家用車で迎えるのに最適な選択肢ですが、若いカップルが頑張って来るにはコストパフォーマンスが悪いことがあります

Very convenient to the rope tram and Pirates ship. Half board (breakfast and dinner) is a must as there is very little options unless you have a car.

お部屋も清潔で、目の前が芦ノ湖という立地も良かったです。インバウンドで日本人より外国人が多かったですが、マナーの悪い人は居ないように思いました。ただ、中国のお客さんは声のボリュームが大きく、ロビーでの大声は気になりました。 バイキングもひとつひとつの素材がとても美味しかったです。

お食事も大変美味しく、スタッフの方の接客も素晴らしかったです。ロープウェイ乗り場とも近いため、車なしで伺いましたが観光もとても楽しめました！！有意義な時間をありがとうございました。

Excellent overnight stay. I did not realise that it is almost a luxury hotel! Since it’s only stated two stars on Expedia. It has a lovely outdoor public bath, and although it was very busy during golden week, they have staggered guest so that they will have a reasonably comfortable dinner experience. Dinner and Breakfast have a good variety and filling. I do find out the checkout times a bit too early at 10 am, and if you have a late breakfast then you have to rush out to check out. Very easy to reach via public transport, and right by the lake. There are even complimentary drinks in the evening before dinner in the lobby. Staff speaks excellent English. Highly recommend.
