« Pool closed. Staff tried to scam us for more money. Showed them in writing the pet fees on Expedia and referred back to the amount he also told us in the beginning and then he kept trying to raise it and when I showed him he was wrong he said oh I am new but it’s his family running the property and he was laughing. He thinks it is ok to try to scam a disabled retired veteran with Parkinson’s for more money. Horrible experience. »

« Everything was nice except the air in our room would not cool it down, didn’t know if it was just because of how hot it was or if it was just the air. Overall a good time and very nice room. »

« This had my favorite layout, ie a separate bedroom. The primary requirement for me is getting a good nights sleep. I did. The bed was comfortable and no outside noise after 10:00. Any hotel where I experience noise that wakes me up after 10:00 is a hotel I will never stay at again, regardless of whose fault it is. Would definitely stay here again. »

« There were 3 adults so we got the 2 Queen deluxe room. It was a bit bigger as we had a couch as well. It was more in our budget as we were there for a concert . It's great for a short walk you can catch a shuttle to the casino . »
