Please remember that you are staying in a apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
â *Snowbird* Snowbird Season is December through March on a monthly basis. The monthly rate for December-January is at a premium of $2500 p/ month plus fees. The monthly rate for February and March is $2100 per month, but Dec. & Jan & Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate of $2100 p/ month plus fees. Snowbird Rentals can be booked online & are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
â Renters staying 7 nights or more are responsible for the electrical bill. The meter will be read at the check in and check out. A $200 US refundable deposit will be charged before check in.
