« Surprisingly big unit and in a good location. Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. Car park was very convenient. Quite well equipped with iron and ironing board, hair dryer, microwave etc. »

« Good central location, clean and spacious room as shown in the photos. The infinity pool is exactly as shown with the fantastic view, and the gym a floor below is also nice. You order room service for things like free bathrobes or even food delivery through a provided QR code. The check-in process was terrible, mainly due to lack of communication. There are two twin buildings that are mixed hotel/residential usage, with several hotel desks in each building. You want to go to the Platinum Suites...

« The place itself was very nice but the hot water for the shower would run out quickly, didn’t work for the tap in the bathroom, the aircon dripped too. There are only 4 elevators in this massive hotel so they are always full and takes a long time one time it took 20 minutes to get an elevator…the room was great and the view was amazing but just those little things to make note of :) »
