This recently renovated villa is a real gem, 3 spacious bedrooms with Kingsize XL beds of 1.80x2.10m (!), 2 luxurious, fresh bathrooms, 1 of which is wheelchair accessible. Spacious and light, with a large covered outdoor area, you can seek out the sun or the shade, just what you feel like. The kitchen is a real eye-catcher, the house is fully equipped, from a 2nd American fridge in the utility room to the Airfryer. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, washing machine, wireless internet, Airfryer, blowdryer, Nespresso and Senseo coffeemakers, citruspress, parking on site, it's all there. And now we can offer you a SUV (seats max 5) for €40 per day. Of course a 7 seater is also possible, just let us know.

Additional costs

Upon departure, final cleaning is mandatory. If you want an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels, you can indicate this before arrival. The costs for this are € 27,50 per hour.

7% tourist tax will be charged, this is levied on the basic overnight rate, excluding cleaning and additional costs.

The rental price excludes the use of water and electricity. We find it very important to be economical with energy and water. That is why we have chosen to charge energy and water separately.

The energy consumption of the air conditioners, refrigerator and other equipment in the villa is low, but the price of water and electricity is very high on Curacao. The final costs depend strongly on your use, especially the air conditioners use a lot of energy, so use it wisely. Based on meter readings that we record upon arrival and departure, we will settle or settle the amount after departure. Usually this is about 20 euros per day for an occupancy of 4 persons.

Of course we do not charge for the costs of the drip installation, refilling the pool or consumption of the pool pump!

Consumption is charged at the rate of €9 per m3 for water and €0.50 per kWh for electricity. All guests pay a deposit and when the house is delivered neatly, the consumption of water and electricity can be settled with the deposit. If there is damage to the house or equipment, the consumption costs will be charged separately.

You must take out cancellation and/or travel insurance yourself.
Within 4 weeks (30 days) before arrival we charge 50% of the total amount.
Within 2 weeks (14 days) before arrival we charge 100% of the total amount.
