« The front desk staff are excellent and helpful. The room is clean and pretty comfortable. There were 2 issues I had. There was a gap around the door to the hallway so you could see light from the hallway all the way around. Also, you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms...doors, tv , talking. »

« Staff was wonderful; however, the facility itself was poor. Shower did not work- I stood there wetting a washcloth with the water coming out of the spigot. Outside was homeless people homes ( sleeping bags) in the parking lot. Room had the âsmellâ that comes from age and deterioration. The staff was kind and helpful, so this in no way reflects on them. But it was just kind of cringe. »
