We are happy to read that you enjoyed the design of the hotel and especially mention the good food quality at breakfast and dinner.
On the other hand, we are sorry that the beach was not to your liking. We would like to point out that Crete is an island located in the open Mediterranean and the Cretan Sea with winds from all directions, sometime less, sometimes more.
Due to the strong winds, it is very often not possible to go for swimming. The protected beach at our hotel makes swimming possible every single day.
We thank you for your kind understanding and do hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back.
