Stay very pleasant. The staff is very helpful and responds to all our requests. Restaurant in the hotel excellent as the breakfasts. A street to cross and we can porfiter of the sea. We are delighted to have stayed here.

Difficile de trouver quelque chose à redire !!
Je ne parlerai pas de Natasha (sa réelle sympathie, son accueil chaleureux etc...), d'autres en parle déjà très bien ! L'hôtel est tenu par toute la petite famille, tous souriant et sympa. Localisation parfaite, en face de la plage, juste à l'extérieur du centre ville, mais pas trop pour pouvoir sortir dinner ou autres... A noter chambres spacieuses, balcon et sdb aussi, bonne qualité de literie (important selon moi). Présence d'une moustiquaire (très utile), sans oublier le restaurant en bas de l'hôtel, bien pratique après une longue journée à vadrouiller : poisson et plat grecque testés et adorés... Salut Natasha pour nous, et bon séjour ! :-D

chambre très confortable
chambre confortable, récente, très agréable, moderne, propre. Situation sur une rue très passante, difficile a repéré et stationnement dans la rue avec peu de place. vue sur la ville pas agréable, et plage en face de l'hôtel bondée.

Amazing hotel, located next to the beach (just need to cross the road). Very friendly staff and attentive. One evening there were rain and they offered us umbrella and there was other small details to make our stay better. We had a room with sea view. Room was clean, had fridge and electric stove, so you can warm your food. Also they had plates and cutlery. There is no parking next to the hotel, but we find a space just in 2 minutes walk. City centre is in walking distance.

Da anti al mare, hotel moderno con belle camere ampie. Letti molto comodi e doccia davvero super. Colazione con dolce e salato, ben presentata. Ristorante interno degno di nota. Molto gentili le signore della reception .. ci hanno offerto una sprita al nostro arrivo. Teli mare in dotazione. Da segnalare che il park va ricercato nelle vie adiacenti.

Nice hotel, Friendly staff and great location!
The hotel is located next too the beach in Rethymno. Just five minutes walk or two minutes on a Lime bike away from the Old City. The first impression when arriving at the hotel was the friendly staff. We were greeted with some drinks and fresh juice. The room we booked have a nice bathroom with a glass wall as seperator for the shower, the shower has a waterfall/roof shower as well as the regular hand unit. Nice and clean. They also have some Olive shower and shampoo articles free for use. The room has a small kitchen area with fridge and storage. A makeup mirror and bench. A third bed is available in the room, as well as a sitting group with two chairs. The main bed consists of two seperate bed units(~90cm beds). The beds are comfortable, the pillows are a bit too hard for me, so optional softer pillows would be very good and much appreciated. Outside was a huge terrace with beautiful flowers and a sitting group with two chairs. The view we had was to the backside, which is the local area and the hotels garden. Breakfast was pretty good, intercontinental with some local adds. Coffee and juice was served by the friendly staff. All in all I am happy with the stay and the hotel looks to be well furnished and looked after. Medium high standard, I would say 3 star.

Fantastische Unterkunft! Saubere Zimmer! Super nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Manager super freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir waren begeistert und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, direkt am Strand und zu Fuß nur 10 Min in die Innenstadt, wo auf dem Weg dorthin schon sehr viele Restaurants und Bars zu finden sind! Essen ist gut und die Preise dafür auch! 5 von 5 Sternen!

Nice hotell at the beach
We stayed for 10 nights. The hotel lies at the beach and not more than 15 minutes walk from the old town. The room was comfortable and had a small kitchen and balcony. It was quite well isolated from the noise outside, but there were some noise mostly because of slamming doors during the morning. The young lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. We were very satisfied with the hotell and would absolutely choose it again.

Worst service ever!
The hotel itself is not as good as reviews suggest. Not sure why that is. However our main problem was with the agressive owner and robotic reseptionist. I was told by the owner not to speak with the reseptionist and he refused to speak with me because I was not Greek! I really didn’t want to stay under the roof of a racist so I offered to check out if they issued a refund. He threw 40 euros at my wife and said “go”. We paid about £110 for the night but he didn’t seem to understand that. It really was the worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced and I have traveled allot with my work. If you want to avoid staying in the hotel of an aggressive racist I would choose one of the many lovley alternative hotels nearby.

Dear Anonymous Upon arrival we kindly informed you that the reservation is for 2 persons and not three. We have to put the number of guests staying in our hotel in our system as it is illegal not to do so. This was combined with s small additional cost. Please be infomed that this is the case in all hotels worldwide as well as airlines and shipping companies – you cannot book for two and insist that you can accommodate three. As you have been travelling a lot you should be aware of this. We kindly asked to to bring us your reservation confirmation, confirming the amount of persons. You never did it, becouse you have booked only for 2. It is a pitty that as parents do not want to pay the supplenet for your child ! We showed it also on your booking and explained the procedure. We would not have charged you if you were not so persistant and insisting that we were wrong. We have been running this hotel successfully for many years and never had any similar insident before.

Great place!
This was a great place! I would recommend getting a room with a view of the sea, but I had friends staying on the back side and that was nice as well. Beautiful room, plenty of space, all the amenities, and the staff were really wonderful.

Wir hatten bei hotels.com 4 Nächte incusive Frühstück gebucht. Bei Ankunft hat uns der Hotelbetreiber mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung ohne Frühstück wäre. Der Fehler würde bei hotels.com liegen. Er zeigte keinerlei Entgegenkommen, auch nicht auf mein Angebot, sich in der Mitte zu treffen und das Frühstück zum halben Preis anzubieten. Das ist für uns kein Service! Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt ok.

Tolle Atmosphäre in bester Lage
Hatten ne perfekte Woche in Rethymnon und mit dem Palm Beach die ideale Basis. Supernette Angestellte dort haben uns sehr wohlfühlen lassen. Frühstück war inkl. Alles dabei für deb Start in den Tag. Gute Zimmer, tolles Bad, ideale Lage zur Altstadt.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in "superior studio"-room with seaside view. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice with variety on every morning. Our room felt modern and view from balcony towards the sea was very nice. We wanted to hang out at the beach a lot and hotel's location suited for this perfectly. Near to this hotel was good restaurants, supermarket, cafeterias and all other things you might need during your holiday. During one day we had only cold water running in our shower, but that was just a minor problem. I would recommend booking a room towards the sea.

Great little apartment block with super facilities
Family run in great situation opposite beach and a pleasant flat 20 mins walk into the old town along the seafront. The rooms are finished to good quality, with fridge and two ring hob, and quality complimentary toiletries. We didn’t eat in the restaurant, but the daily varied buffet breakfast is excellent, and all the staff very friendly. We did not want to leave, and will return!

Room was very nice. Directly waterfront. BUT: Dogs are lying in the Hotel Lobby all day long. The Lobby smells to dogs. They lay on the Sofa, on the chairs, where you next day will sit and take the breakfast. Absolut disgusting...

Hotel på stranden
Jättefint hotell vid stranden i Rethimnon. Gångavstånd till gamla stan och Venitianska hamnen. Rummen var jätterymliga och rent och fint.modernt inredda med sköna sängar att sova i. Frukosten var av bästa klass och ett extra plus för den färskpressade juicen.
