Une belle étape pour l'ouest de la Crète
L'hôtel en lui même est bien mais ce n'est pas un 5* plutôt un 3*. La vue panoramique sur la mer est magnifique. L'environnement est agréable. Le gros bémol est que cet hôtel reçoit essentiellement des scandinaves (Suédois, Danois, Allemands, ...) et pas ou très peu de Français, et la nourriture (en 1/2 pension) pour nous, Français, est très moyenne. Il n'y a que très peu de spécialités grecques et crétoises en dehors de la salade grecque à composer soi même. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien. Heureusement que nous étions en 1/2 pension car manger midi et soir le même type de menu deviendrait très lassant. Mention spéciale à Betty (du restaurant) pour son accueil ! Malgré tout séjour agréable ! Je pense que 3-4 jours sur place est un maximum.

tres bel hotel la nourriture est excellente ainsi que les boissons les cocktails sont faits sur place le personnel est tres sympathique et efficace bonne isolation des chambres et clim efficace tres belle vue sur la mer le bemol etant un manque d animation le soir il y a 1 seule soirée musicale et 1 soirée folklorique

impeccable !
séjour parfait ! petit dej et dîner variés et très bon voir excellent les piscines sont nombreuses et très bien entretenues le personnel est très accueillant et souriant les chambres très propres et nous avons même eu une petite attention en trouvant de quoi nous restaurer le soir de notre arrivée tardive tout petit bémol pour la salle de bain trop basic pour un hôtel de ce standing sinon je le conseil vivement

Décevant. Chambre vue sur mer et sur piscine 2eme étage. Qualité du buffet très en dessous d'un 5 étoiles. Boissons mélangées à l'eau. Beaucoup de fumeurs, fumée venant jusqu'au balcon de la chambre du coin terrasse juste en dessous. Chambres pas du tout insonorisées. Air conditionné très bruyant (impossible de dormir avec). Personnel très froid à l'arrivée au soir. Par contre les réceptionnistes de journée et le personnel de chambre est très attentionné. Point positif: la vue

Pas mal mais ancien
L hôtel est bien et les services proposés sont au top. Le personnel est aux petits soins et souriants. La piscine est belle et la vue est magnifique. L hotel est cependant ancien et manque de radrchissement.. la salle de fitness est très ancienne et pas au top. La photographe de l'hôtel est plutôt désagréable si on lui achète pas de photos, des notre refus nous n avons plus été salué. L accueil est très bon. La plage est pas très jolie. Et l hotel est plus loin du centre ville.

Nous étions dans une chambre supérieure vue mer et en effet nous avions une superbe vue sur la piscine et la mer, nous étions au premier étage. L hôtel a une superbe piscine et une superbe vue, par contre la plage n est pas terrible. All inclusive très bien avec buffets variés et très bons. Animation inexistante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Séjour exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de l'hôtel Panorama au mois de mai. Tout y était : un cadre magnifique, la nourriture excellente et variée, la chambre était propre et avec une bonne literie et une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. L'hôtel est bien situé car pas si loin des magnifiques plages de Balos et d'Elafonisi (max 1h30 de voiture). Nous avons apprécié les petites animations menées certains soirs au bar de l'hôtel (danses grecques, petits concerts). Le seul bémol de l'hôtel est les opérations commerciales assez fréquentes menées par le personnel du SPA pour vous convaincre de payer pour faire des soins (et il faut aimer les massages avec une forte pression !!) Nous recommandons vivement un séjour dans cet hôtel où nous avons passé de magnifiques moments de détente.

We regret that the hotel did not meet your expecations, however we don't have any recent recorded note, complaint or recommendation for any kind of bedding problem that hadn't been treated or any complaints for noise from a private venue. Please note that the hotel exchanges mattresses or adds some top mattersses depending on case if any guest reports that the mattress is too hard or too soft. If you would had mentioned any kind of bedding problem to our staff we would have had the chance to improve it for you.

Sejour tout inclut ,secteur VIP, chambre exclusive avec vue, avec tout un cérémonial sur notre fabuleux statut le meilleur , donc vue sur la mer derrière un platane,et au dessus de la route......changement agacé par la réception ......replace dans une chambre très sympa c'était si simple..... Les 5* on a vu vraiment bien mieux..on n'ose imaginer ce que ça donne en pleine saison ,blindé ......les photos elles sont très réussies .

Chambre très agréable à condition de réserver une chambre "exclusive" L'accueil à l'arrivée (et encore plus au départ) est très limite, voire à peine aimable (le sourire doit être en supplément!) En général personnel aimable mais sans plus Le "all included" est une arnaque (expresso plus de 3€ à payer; une bouteille perso dans le mini bar =3€!!) Ambiance restaurant un peu cantine Nourriture correcte mais sans plus, sans aucune variété dans les propositions de plats. Cet hôtel ne vaut pas plus de 3 étoiles (et encore uniquement pour la chambre)

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel car nous pensions qu'étant éloigné de La Canée, nous serions plus au calme. Raté: 1ère chambre coté Ouest: il y a un Karting à 300m qui fonctionne y compris tard le soir. Nous avons demandé à changer le 1er jour. Autre coté nous avions la musique a fond de l’hôtel ou des autres hôtels proches jusqu'à minuit et cela hors périodes hautes ( fin septembre). Le WI Fi est resté 4 jours sans fonctionner alors que je le signalais tous les jours , avec le diagnostic, à la réception ( SAV très mauvais). Le responsable réception désagréable ainsi qu'une partie de son personnel. Par contre le personnel de la restauration très sympa.

The service is outstanding. All the staff amke an effort to ensure your stay is of the higest standard. The food is exceptional - uncredible quality and variety. The hotel is strating to look tired. Panorama Blue rooms bathrooms are not of the standatd you'd epect - old baths with old fixtures. Old sunsbdes with different mattresses is another example of lack of investment.

It has the potential but NOT a 5 Star Hotel
Good hotel. Simple hotel. Not a 5 star hotel. Staff was good especially Georgia at the reception. Apart from that, nothing reminds you of a 5 star hotel. A 3 star maybe. We had a nice time because we were in that mood, not because of the hotel. Family room was big but very old. Same everywhere else.

Loved our stay! Staff, rooms and food all amazing. We never return to hotels, but this is one we all agreed we would go back to we loved it that much! Our family of 5 (3A, 2C) booked 2 pool rooms. My husband and I were upgraded to the Executive Wing of the hotel upon check in. Lovely and quiet, but we felt we could not make the most of this as we had to go down to our children's room pool or the main pool to spend time with them. If you are a couple or a family with adult children it would definitely be worth paying the extra for the 'Blue rooms' and as a couple would go back. Rooms and common areas absolutely spotless, cleaning staff so lovely and hard working, as were most of the staff that take pride in the hotel. The food quality was fantastic, credit to the kitchen staff; kiddy corner, show cooking, a daily roast, loads of different salads and of course chocolate fountain at dinner. Thankfully the chips 'were amazing' for our fussy 12 year old. Alcohol, soft drinks and cocktails included were great, no complaints. It would great if melon is also put out at breakfast, and dish allergy cards are completed people with food intolerances or allergies could be unwell. Had to ask staff frequently what a dish contained to be safe. We found that the towel rule, although advertised, was not enforced by staff and we found it impossible to find sunbeds at the main pool in the morning, however by afternoon there are plenty. Book it, you will not be disappointed! We will be back :)

Die Anlage des Hotels war wunderschön. Die Aussicht auf das Meer wirklich atemberaubend!! Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit genügend Platz. Das Essen war lecker und für jeden ist was dabei. Für Unterhaltung sorgt das Hotel am Abend. Alle 20 min geht ein Bus nach Chania (15min Fahrt) auf dem Weg gibt es jeweils Ausstiegmöglichkeiten für den Strand. Das Ticket kostet 1,50€ ;) Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Siisti hotelli, jossa upeat maisemat etenkin auringonlaskun aikaan. Ruoka oli monipuolista ja all inclusivessa sai kerran viikon aikana ruokailla a la cartessa. Ääretön uima-allas oli upea. Huone oli siisti ja se siivottiin hyvin joka päivä. Ilmastointi toimi erinomaisesti. Huoneessa myös ilmainen tallelokero ainakin all inclusive vieraille. Ohjattua ohjelmaa oli melko niukasti päivällä. Vesijumppa kesti n. 15 min, olisi jaksanut pidempäänkin. Iltaohjelmiin olisi voitu myös panostaa enemmän. Yhtenäkin iltana vain soitettiin kaiuttimesta musiikkia, ei muuta. Hyvä tietää myös, että huoneessa on tullessa pari vesipulloa. Vettä ei kuitenkaan tuotu loman aikan lisää, joten kaupassa täytyy käydä jos huoneeseen haluaa sitten lisää vettä.

"Viiden tähden" hotelliksi huoneet ja puitteet osin hieman elähtäneet, mutta palvelu hyvää ja ystävällistä. All inclusiven ruokatarjonta ihan hyvää ja maukasta, tosin välipalojen puutteesta hieman miinusta, koska ruokailujen välissä aina pakostakin useamman tunnin tauko. Sijainti on hyvä, Haniaan menevän bussin päätepysäkki hotellin vieressä, ja hyvälle & isolle Kato Staloksen hiekkarannalle noin 10 minuutin kävelymatka. Hotellin oma ranta hieman kivinen, mutta hyvin siitäkin uimaan pääsee. Ehkä sellainen 3-4 tähden kokemus, joka osui odotuksiin riittävän hyvin.

Staff were really friendly and the food offering was better than expected. Cocktails were slightly over-priced and the entertainment was disappointing

Cozy trip
Good things: -View to the ocean from the room balcony -Pool area is amazing, good views to the ocean, enough sunbeds. Staff shared Water bottles in the morning. -Rooms are clean and basic good, would need a little touch up thought. -Some of the staff were really nice, polite and fun. Always saying good morning etc. -We got blankets when we asked -Birthday cake on behalf of the hotel without asking. -Breakfast outside, so u could watch the sunrise. -Buss stop right next to the hotel to go to Hania or Platanias. -Little beach side right nexto with few sunbeds. Beach thought was quite rocky. Bad things: -Our Room was ”family room” so we had door which went straight to the next room. Door looked liked someone had stabbed it from the other room. Next room stayers heard our talking and we heard them very clear. The door didn’t have good locks in them. -Pool was really cold. Maybe not heated cause the low season? We were at the end of september. -There wasnt signs at the lobby if the breakfast wasnt outside. -Some of the staff wasnt so relaxed.

We choose this hotel 5 star to get the best in Crete as from the website looks fabulous but once you are there you will realise that for what you pay is to expensive that what you receive !!!! Very poor service at the pool bar , and the main bar, very poor an cheap spirits , wine and drink are “free” for who got the all inclusive , also the cocktail were disgusting!!!! Bartender with no knowledge! Couple of times in the pool bar I ask for a cocktail and the guy didn’t even washed the shaker and he use the melted ice from the previous cocktail to make mine, tasting not right and I had to ask for something else, another time we ask for the coffee from the proper machine (cause the good coffee you had to PAY otherwise you got the disgusting coffee from a machine that trust me not even in the worse bar ever they will serve that !!! ) and the guy took in front of me a dirty cup and he washed under the water without any soap , that’s really unacceptable!!!!!! Health and safety dosent exists!!!! Regarding the food the restaurant that you can go 1 a week is really good but no option for the wine you only can choose the house , during the day you have big buffet which is ok no so amazing … meat is good vegetables and fruits are good but, fish plates are not that good , very dry and not tasty at all !!!! About the entertainment for the morning you have acqua gym, and we like it , but then in the evening you got some live music that only if you are age 75 you can like .

Ett stort bra hotell med bra service. Underbar utsikt över havet och in mot Chania. Vi åt bara frukost på hotellet och tyckte den var riktigt bra. Stor och fin lobby. Rummet helt okej, ljust och fin balkong mot havet om man bokar med det. Enkelt att ta bussen in till Chania då den går precis nedanför hotellet. Poolområdet jättebra och stort. Vi var jätte nöjda med allt.
