Endroit superbe. Très bien placé. Communication très limitée, le propriétaire était là juste à l'arrivée. Il y a eu une erreur de chambre, notre chambre était déjà occupée, on nous à mis dans une autre plus grande. Les voisins nous ont signifiées de façon peu aimable qu'on devrait changer le lendemain matin. Aucune nouvelle du propriétaire. Le petit déjeuner est quelquonque

catastrophique puisque en arrivant sur place on apprend par le propriétaire de l'hotel qu'il n'avait jamais reçu la réservation via hotel.com et qu'il était complet!!! nous avons du dormir chez l'habitant 3 nuits à 3 personnes dans le meme lit!!! merci hotel.com!!!

The location and view cannot be beat but be prepared for the 120 steps of various widths and heights. We are all physically fit so it was not problem for us but this should be noted on Expedia and the website for the villas. The villa was clean but it was HOT. There is only one small air conditioning unit and it does not keep Villa Agis cool. The master bedroom was miserably hot even with the door open, which sucked for us because we would have preferred the privacy given that it was our wedding anniversary. However we did not want to melt so we had to keep the door open. Also, the only bed clothes on the beds are fitted sheets and a comforters. Given the interior temperature of the villa, a single top sheet would have been appropriate. As other reviews have stated, breakfast is a loaf of bread, some jam, some ham, and some sliced cheese. That would not even come close to feeding our 5 kids who ranged from 17 to 23. Luckily there are bakeries nearby so we bought a variety of savory breakfast pies every morning. The safe in Villa Agis was not operational so we had to carry all of our cash, jewelry, and passports around with us for four days. That added a lot of weight to my purse. The outdoor furniture is in disrepair so that was a disappointment. Also the pool was far too hot to get into. We were looking forward to using it to cool off but it was 34.5 C!! We asked for the temperature to be turned down and it was but it never got cool enough for us to swim in.

except of the steps, that are for sure mentioned on my website, and nobody cares, this is the magic of caldera, all the other are lies... Sorry but there is a strong ceiling fan in the master room thats why all guests love to have comforters. not allowed air condition in the cave rooms.. you could ask for a sheet but you didnt. I told you that was a small safe in the drawer also. For breakfast you had so many things, as cake, butter , home made jam, all kinds of coffe, tea, juise, and a lot of bottles of water ..we recharge every day, what missed..All my guests are very satisfy...as about the outdoor furnitures are all new, but you destroyed the one of the chairs...and the pool is hot cause everybody wants to use during the night, and we did in lower temperature just for you.. So the people know what i do for my guests...Sorry that you try to find negative things, but all reviews said what is the real situation...

Amazing !!! We loved our stay. Perfect location, everything Katarini arranged went like clockwork from transport to and from airport to porters for luggage. There are lots of stairs but the location is definitely worth the effort. Loved sitting in gin hot pool at night with view of caldera. One of our favorite travel memories

A dream villa in Oia!
Most incredible place I’ve stayed! It was a dream to stay in the Villa Hercules. Katerina and her team was wonderful with helping plan and find the best spots. The villa was spacious, clean and had everything you need and more! Incredible location, walking distance to all the best spots in Oia.

Great location within walking distance to most anything. Katerina was always available and made suggestions and reservations for us. Be prepared to climb stairs as this villa is at the bottom but is worth the stairs. Would stay again.

It was excellent staying in Ifestio Villas. Great views and location. Right in the middle of Oia. Katerina takes care of minute details and makes all the effort to make the stay comfortable. Her tips on how to spend 3 perfect days in Santorini were really helpful.

This property has an absolutely breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea and all of Oia. The outdoor terrace with the private pool was our favorite place to hang out. This cave house is so unique and was perfect for our party of 6 girls.

Very well situated in the heart of Oia on Santorini. I counted 83 steps from the main pedestrian street to my door, but walking up and down the steps is part of life in Oia. The bed in my villa was a bit small but comfortable, and the room was charming, clean, and quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommended.

Our trip to Santorini was perfect, thanks to Katerina and our stay at Ifestio Villas. We got there late in the afternoon and were starving, so finding the fridge full of food and a bottle of sparkling wine was a real treat. On our first day she gave us an amazing explanation on the history of the island and showed us the best places to go. The suite we stayed in had absolutely everything we need, even beach supplies. Not to mention the view. Stunning. I even loved the visit of some cats when we were sitting in the balcony. They are so much fun.

A wonderful find in Oia. Very central to all town restaurants and activities but da enough. Away we didn’t hear all the The “villa” was spacious and brightly colored. The kitchenette was perfect and I well equipped. Our balcony looked out on the caldera - absolutely fantastic. Katerina ( the owner ) is a treasure. She helped us plan our days, recommended restaurants and arranged to get us on a sunset cruise when the internet told me no space was available. She even offered to bake a cake for us when she learned it was our 35th anniversary. Thank you Katerina!!

Excellent Caldera view with wonderful host
Katerina was our personal tour guide. She gave us suggestions on where to go and what to do. She met with us the first morning to make sure we had a wonderful day planned. She provided us with a cellphone to use on the island and always called to make sure were we doing well.

If you want to experience the famous Greek hospitality at its best, then this is the place to stay. Katerina the owner, Irini and Matilda are the sweetest, nicest persons we met. They were so helpful and accommodating, and they made our stay memorable. We stayed in Hercules villa, two bedroom cave house and it was perfect. The villa is on a great location, in the middle of Oia, close to everything. The house was very nice, had everything you need for a long stay and very authentic. The balcony and the view was breathtaking! We felt like we were in heaven, literally! The balcony had a heated pool, so it was perfect for the kids as well. We will come back for sure, and definitely stay here again!

Great place with amazing views.
Owner is amazing. Answers emails within hours even and at all hours. She is also super knowledgeable and helpful about ideas for your itinerary while there. She made great recommendations on places to eat, shop, see. She also sat down with us on the first day we arrived to go over the map, give us directions to places to go and even gave us a local cell phone to use to call her at any time if we had questions! Room was very nice with lots of space and the views are amazing. Its located centrally and close to everything. Definitely recommend it. She also has two other amazing apartments to rent. One was being cleaned between guests and she gave us a tour.

Phenomenal Cave House
Our experience at Katerina's Ifestio Villas was beyond our greatest expectations. The cave house was amazing! We were so impressed with the decor, the beautiful furnishings, the authenticity, and the expansive patio with its breathtaking view of the caldera and the volcano. We spent many an hour sipping on coffee in the morning (compliments of Katerina) and wine in the evening watching the boats sail by. Our experience was further enhanced because of Katerina's knowledge of the area (what to do; where to go). When we arrived in Oia, Katerina was waiting for us and escorted us to the villa where she sat down with us and helped us plan our week. She had so many wonderful suggestions and then made arrangements for us - everything from booking our cruise on the Thalassa Sailing Yacht to arranging an excursion to Akrotiri. She even gave us a phone for the week so we could contact her at any time. She was always available and so friendly and genuine. She really wanted us to enjoy ourselves!

Nice cave house at heat of Oia. Highly recommended
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Katerina the owner/host gave us the information of the island via emails before we left US. She prepared everything for us when we arrived, even recommended daily itinerary. We felt at home, seriously. The hotel is close to many must see places at Santorini. We rented a car so it was convenient going to other villages. We had wonderful vacation at Santorini!

The cave house is big, has 2 rooms and a large terrace that looks out to the caldera on a 120 degree angle if you stand on the edge. Interior is of traditional decoration, clean. The bed linen and mattress are a little bit dated. There is a kitchen you can cook, I think not many people cook there, cooking oil is beyond best before date (I bought a new one). Fairly good service, Katerina is generally helpful, and house keeper can do wash ups and laundry. I think the cave house is best suited for families, or maybe you have more than 2 people, then on average, you got cheaper price compared to other hotels.

Thank you Alex for all positive comments. My apologies for the bottle of the oil, but i fill always with fresh oil when it is empty ! Now i know that i have to change the bottle ! Thank you ! But remember that noone villa offers olive oil, balsamic, salt, pepper, origan , and everything you need, to feel at home ! I change sheets every year/2 years, so this year everything will be new ! Thanks again !!

Absolutely enchanted with Ifestio and Oia!
We had high anticipation about Oia and staying in an authentic type room. Ifestio Villas exceeded our expectation. The view from our balcony overlooking the caldera was breathtaking! The room was quaint and clean. Katerina was overly accommodating with frequent emails prior to arrival, arranged all transportation from port and to airport, and had porters waiting to assist us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Even though she was not available to assist us on the day of our arrival due to an emergency, she arranged for Christina next door to be of assistance. We truly felt taken care of. Katerina had a binder full of helpful information as well as an optional itinerary to use for the days we were there. The only reason I rated the room comfort at 4 is because the room my husband and I shared has an awkward bed against the wall that the shutters when left open can't open all the way so one can hit their head on it if not careful. The extra beds in the living area were great and comfortable. Otherwise, we absolutely loved the villa. There are quite a few stairs to reach Infestio, but worth it once you reach it. We would absolutely stay here again. Heartfelt thanks Katerina for exceeding our expectations in Oia. Truly a dream come true for our family.

Thank you SO much Chrissa !! Its the first time that i hear about the window in the bedroom, so i will change this , this year, thank you ! As about the bed, this is the trditional, like in the old time...When i will save money for a big renovation, i will change everything in this villa, to create a honeymoon swite just for 2 persons, with a big bed !! Thank you !!!!

Wonderful hotel, staff, and view in Oia
Three night stay. The room was actually a little house with two bathrooms, kitchen, two bedrooms. Incredibly helpful staff, especially Tara, who will help arrange car rentals, sunset cruises, dinners, etc. Room was stocked with snacks. We had a huge private balcony over the caldera...perfect place to drink a bottle of wine after dinner.

Fantastic views of the caldera from room and patio. After booking a room, Katerina contacted me for further plans for transportation and restaurant reservations. Trust their advice and enjoy their inside information. The apt was well decorated and supplied. Beds were comfortable and AC kept room cool. Infestio Villas offers a unique Santorini experience and is a great place to stay; I will stay here the next time I'm there.
