Splendide et élégant
Quel séjour ! L’hôtel est un petit trésor avec des équipements parfaits et une décoration vraiment élégante. Les équipes sont hyper attentionnées, tous les petits détails sont pris en compte pour rendre le séjour exceptionnel. La vue est magnifique, la piscine et son bar grandioses et les petits déjeuner (à la carte) variés et incroyables avec des produits gourmands. Les suites avec piscine privatives sont incroyables, un écrin de plaisir et la chambre dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Système de chat avec la réception très pratique. A 2mn de la partie touristique d’Oia !

We had an amazing time in Santorini, staying at Arcadia Andronis. The hotel is brand new, very clean, great staff services and certainly the most unforgettable sunset experience on the Island! You should know that the hotel is not on the Caldera, so you won’t be seeing the cliff and the white & blue houses. Once you know that, Arcadia Andronis is the place to be to enjoy the sunset. Quieter and less crowded than the hotels on the Caldera, you can easily go there by a 5 minutes walk. The breakfast was very good and the staffs are so nice, always smiling and answering your requests. The negative point of this hotel is the view from the rooms. When we arrived, we were first set up in the section of the hotel beginning with room numbers 200 and follow. No privacy at all on the balcony, because of the boardwalk just in front. People are walking very close and can easily see you in the pool. Also, the view was not great because there are a lot of construction sites in front of this part of the hotel. We asked immediately to be placed in another section of the hotel, starting with room numbers 100 and more. Totally different experience! Quieter, more privacy and better view! However, you can still hear the trucks on construction sites and the pictures on the website are not representative of the rooms. Go see the pictures below. Still very clean and very comfy, but different! I recommend this hotel for the great services and the amazing sunset view!!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving. Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Santorini!!!

MUST stay in Santorini
One of the best resorts that I've ever stayed at. Everything from the decor to the service level is unmatched. The location was also really nice, sine there's sunset views and it's not in the craziness of Oia, but still easily walkable.

Amazing across the bored! We came with our one year old and this hotel was nothing but perfect for what we were looking for! Easy to get around with a stroller (this was just lucky we didn’t realize a lot of hotels in Santorini would not be before we got here) extremely accommodating and kind. We were able to use our plunge pool well he napped inside our room. It was perfect, we enjoyed every minute.

Wonderful Stay at a New Beautiful Hotel
This hotel is new and it is stunning!!! All of the decor is very modern but with a beautiful personalized Greek touch and the rooms were beautiful. Our room was a suite with an ocean view and a personal heated pool, which was very large and the best part of the room. The staff was amazing and super welcoming - we were welcomed in our room with welcome drinks and Greek desserts. The main restaurant near the pool had incredible sunset views and delicious sushi and fish. Highly recommend staying here!!

The staff was amazing, they were very helpful and want to thank Javier from the front desk who helped us and gave us a lot of recommendations about the area. The hotel is well located, you don’t need a car to visit the main attractions in Oia. The pool is warm which was really good specially during the fall

Pros: Good location and walking distance to shops and restaurants in OIA. Plunge pool in suite is nice. View of sunset is nice. Gym has a lot of equipment. Cons: Rooms are pretty small, I felt they looked larger in pictures, although the private pool is nice. The restaurant staff was very inattentive, didn’t have one server assigned to the table so constantly had to ask someone new the status on an order otherwise no one checks to make sure everything is ok. Overall, was just ok with the staff after having an amazing experience at my hotel in Mykonos. The pool looks larger in pictures, it was ok. Overall experience was just ok, wouldn’t choose to stay again to be honest, would maybe choose better views in Imerovigli.

This is a beautiful hotel however it definitely needs improvement. We had the 2 bedroom villa, for starters the living situation didn’t quiet match the images on the website. Not saying the images are false however most rooms have a different set up so it’s a gamble which image will match or you hoped will match your room. The outdoor space had no umbrella, which was quiet exhausting midday with direct sun hitting us. The grounds around the pool is very slippery with zero traction, it’s an accident waiting to happen. Their food menu was very disappointing, more over the food lacked any innovation or flavor. The coffee lacked the punch and flavor you get outside the hotel, it was a total let down. The breakfast bread was stale- despite what they will dispute, the truth is the bread tasted like bread that was out for day or two. Room service repeatedly got our order wrong and items would be missing, including coffee cups, utensils, plates. I understand it’s high summer season but with the price being charged for our stay being busy is a not an acceptable accuse. The staff was nice, and helpful. However given the chance to go to back this would not be a place I would choose.

This is an incredible hotel. It’s location is a little removed from the bustling streets of Oia so you can get away from all of the craziness there. The staff here is world class and they could not be any nicer or accommodating.

Incredible property and a very relaxing choice for your vacation. The sunset suites are an amazing way to spend time relaxing and to have breathtaking views of the Oia sunsets. From the moment you step into your suite every attention to detail makes all the difference and anything you’d desire is at your fingertips. The have a fully stocked mini bar with a nice selection of liquors and wine and they also have an easy to use app to for anything else you’d like to order or for any reservations you desire to make. The beds are quite comfortable and you have your selection of pillows from the concierge if desired. The suites come equipped with a personal pool which can be warmed upon request. There is also a Vifa Bluetooth speaker included in the suite if you care to play your own tunes. After staying here we are definitely eager to return to Oia, don’t miss out on trying out this property you will be very glad you did.

Friendly and service-oriented staff were the highlight of our stay. The property itself was quiet and subdued compared to the noise and throngs of people in the town proper. The individual plunge pool was a nice feature especially because of covid. The DJ during dinner was great for the younger folk but for those of us who like to talk to one another during mealtime - well, we couldn’t compete with the music (euro-electronic mood music) and just went with it.

From the minute we arrived, to the minute we left, the service was incredible. We loved our stay here, and if the perfect sunset is what you’re after, head here. The food at Pacman was delicious and we particularly loved the morning yoghurt trolley at breakfast. The concierge team were there to help at anytime during our stay whether in our room or on the other side of the island. Andronis Arcadia was simply the best place to arrive to after our wedding and made for the most amazing start to our honeymoon. Can’t wait to return. Location wise, it’s nice to not be so immersed in the hustle and bustle of Oia yet it’s perfectly located for it.
