We are sorry that your flight was delayed, but the receptionist's phone number that is written on the main door of the hotel is always working. Also we never had any problem coming late to do the check in for all customers that have a delayed flight. Maybe your telephone was not working properly and caued you this trouble.

Due to new regulations about covid-19 we are not allowed to enter your room every day. We can only enter your room when you request us to do so, in oder to clean it and to change towels and sheets . In deed our hotel is a traditional Greek hotel, one of the first hotels that operated at Stalos village. Our location is one of our big advantages, as we are very close to Stalos beach and next to the market (restaurants, super markets etc.) that a guest needs during his/her vacation. The area that the hotel is situated is between Chania city and Platanias village and next to the old national highway, that leads to the western part of Crete.
The cleaning of the rooms and the common areas is something vital for us, that's why we pay a lot of attention to the traing of the staff and to the products we use. All our colleagues are trained with a main purpose of being useful and cooperative to all of our guests in a friendly and professional manner at the same moment.

In deed our hotel is situated to the touristic village of Stalos, literally next to restaurants, bars, super markets and everything a guest might need during his vacation.
Our pool is situated to the back side of our building and it's the most serene place of our hotel, far from every noise and anxiety. Our hotel is one of the first hotels that operated to Chania and you might face some small problems, but our staff is well trained and willing to satisfy all of our guests' needs. By the time you were facing problem with a power point you should have notified us, so we could fix it immediately.
About your check in & check-out procedure, please notice that our hotel is a 2* charming hotel that can't have a 24/7 reception staff. For that reason, when our guests arrive or depart late we send them a notice about the procedure they need to follow. We are convinced that the whole procedure is easy and none of our guests can be confused. Nevertheless, in case someone feels that assistance is needed, we can be there immediately, after a phone call.
About the 30€ that you had to pay, please notice that this was an extra cost for the day use of the room and something that you have agreed to follow. It is a very common technique that every hotel worldwide uses.
Nevertheless, we would like to thank you for your comments, as they were very useful for us and we take them into serious consideration. We sincerely hope to choose our hotel once again you are visiting our city, so you can check by yourself our progress.

We are trully dissapointed to figure out that you didn't have a pleasant stay with us. Your comments are being taken into serious consideration by us.
Nevertheless, we believe that your review is really harsh for us, as we have tried to talk to you during your stay several times, in order to find a solution and make your accommodation with us more convenient, but you were negative from the very first moment you had arrived. Our staff had tried with a very professional manner to give solutions to every matter you had.
Of course our hotel isn't new, but our pricing policy is based in that fact and for this reason we are one of the less expensive hotels of Stalos if not the cheapest. Additionally, our pool can't be considered either small, or bad and mainly is exactly the same as it appears to every published photo.
Nevertheless, we honor your review and we will try our best, in order to make ourselves better. We trully hope you will be able to visit us once again, so you can check by yourself our progress.

Our hotel for sure isn't new, that's why we have adjusted our price policy very close to the services we offer. For those services though we are really proud as we try hard to keep up a good level.
The linen service is exactly what we describe to every site our hotel is being published and is the typical service for every 2* hotel in Greece. Additionally, our shower isn't big, but surely can't be considered small.
Nevertheless, for next year a partial renovation has been scheduled, so we will be more than happy to accommodate you, so you can check by yourselves the progress of our hotel.

We are really dissapointed though to see that you didn't enjoy your stay with us.
In deed our hotel isn't new, and that's why we follow a pricing policy that goes with that fact, as we are one of the cheapest hotel in Stalos area. We believe that whoever chooses our hotel doesn't take anything less, than what we describe to our texts and photos.
Regarding your complaints, we would like to say that there are no mould to the walls of any room and our bathrooms are not considered small. The fact that we didn't offer cleaning service during Sunday doesn't affect our guests, as the cleaning programme is stable, so we can clean every room based on the timetable we write down to our services to every site we sell our rooms.
We trully apologize for any inconvenience we might have caused you, but we try hard to keep a high level of services to our 2* charming hotel.
Next year a partial renovation has been scheduled, so we will be more than happy to accommodate you and see by your own the changes we are planning to do to our hotel.

First of all when you come to the hotel the breakfast was there for you to see and you chose to buy it.You actually bought it in a discounted price. After eating for 4 days you complained about don't having eggs one day and as I explained, every day we offer a different hot dish. One day is boiled eggs, the other day pizza, the other day omelet, cheese pies, and other delicacies. However we offered to return your money back and go to another place to eat. What was wrong about giving you options?? You booked the room in a very low price during high season and it is a 2 star hotel. If you like modern hotels with better structure pay more money. We have true photos and all other customers can verify that by their reviews. Finally I want to mention also that we had complaints from other guests that you annoyed them by telling embarrassing things about the hotel and staff and also for your really bad behavior towards us.
