« Beautiful historic home. Lovely backyard to relax in. Hosts were welcoming and responsive. Very nice touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee in the kitchen and other little appreciated amenities. I highly recommend this property. »

No flat screen TV here, but that's better than a flat screen TV with poor quality video as we experienced in many more expensive hotels. very friendly staff. one draw back none of the ice machine had any ice. Got ice from the office. We stayed here two days. No house keeping on the second day! Breakfast very basic! No complimentary coffee in the lobby; no complementary newspaper. King size bed comfortable. Bathroom shower and bath could afford to be updated »

« I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most...
