« I normally do not give a bad review but from the moment we walked into the front office to check in, it was not good. The lobby smelled like a cat litter box and wet dog. The room was neat but that is as far as the compliments go. We had no hot water the 3 days we were there. The staff was notified and that was the extent of it. « This hotel is very old and outdated. Safety was a primary concern as a woman staying there alone. The door did not have a deadbolt. The “chain” for the door was screwed into the trim, rather than the sheetrock. There was a gap all around the door that you could see daylight through. The windows are extremely old aluminum framed and don’t close and lock, so there is a stick in the window. Additionally, I had the DND sign on the door and the staff entered my room anyway, adjusted the a/c, took the...

« At check in the staff was great! We had very noisy neighbors and I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. If you have an issue overnight you most likely are screwed. For the cost of the room it was upsetting that I felt abandoned. »

« We stayed one night to attend a concert at the hard rock Casino and Hotel. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was maintained nicely. Someone was either emptying trash bags or sweeping. There was constant movement by the staff. The room itself was nice and clean. we will definitely stay again if we attend another concert at the hard rock. »
