The code for the outside common area was confusing as you have to punch in a lot of numbers but it wasn’t the owners fault. It makes it harder when you want to use the facility. I hope that as a property overall, SilverCreek continues to make improvements. I worked at the hotel about 20 years ago, and not much has changed in the property during that time, but I did see things happening on this trip that were encouraging. »
