« We spent Father’s Day weekend here with our 3 children and their families which included 5 grandchildren age 5 and younger. The spaces were great for everyone to spread out and had enough bedrooms to accommodate all of our needs. There are steep winding steps up to the loft area which I did not see in the listing which limited that space to one couple without children. The bathtub in the primary suite did not have a drain stopper which made it unusable for the small children’s baths. To be fair...

« We are a family of nine with ages ranging from 10-75. We booked this property to be on the water and it did not disappoint. We had a few questions when we arrived and the host was very prompt in responding to all of our needs. There was nothing that this property lacked! »

« Wonderful house overlooking the town of Grand Lake, the lake and the mountains. Fabulous view from the porch. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was great. The owner responded very quickly when I had questions. Quiet surroundings. 5 min to town and entrance to RMNP. I have no complaints. It was a great place to stay while exploring RMNP. »

« This is not ski in ski out. There were no mattress covers on the beds other than the bunk room. The primary shower would not drain so if you used it you stood in 2 inches of water. There were barely enough bath or kitchen towels.The condo is very used.. »
