« The Evolve Group, in charge of managing this property, is incredibly ineffective and doing the property owners a great disservice. Looked at my check in instructions on the way and noticed they want you to call ahead for dogs, which I did. My reservation was “notated”. I attempted to pay these fees at check in, and was told by Bill at the front desk that “ownership pays these” so he then removes my card from the file and I register the dogs with the front desk, filling out a separate card...
