Une caution abusive
L'hôtel prend une caution de 300$ et prélève 20$ au cas où les clients auraient un animal de compagnie non déclaré (?) et d'odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. Les 20$ ne sont remboursés que plusieurs semaines après le séjour. Ces pratiques sont inadmissible, sachant que nous n'en n'avions pas été averti lors de la réservation. Dernière fois chez Holiday inn !

L'hotel est parfait, neuf et propre. Le quartier ou il est situe est bien loin d'etre a la hauteur du standard de l'hotel principalement par la presence d'itinerant et de motel au portes et fenetres placardes. J'imagine que d'autres promoteurs verront a transformer le quartier quiquonque a deja sejourne a Manitou sait que il y a des problemes lies a la consommation de drogues dures dans la municipalite , la police exerce une surveillance efficace mais ne peut endiguer tout le probleme il y a un potentiel a developer. Ceci dit je n'hesite pas une seconde a recommender cet hotel.

Everything was great. But we stayed in several other hotels/ motels that were just as nice for less money. It was over 253 to stay there and we stayed at some nicer for 155. The only reason you charged that much was because of where it was at.

Too expensive because it’s near the south entrance. I would say get one in flagstaff and drive down it would take only 1hr and 20 minutes. Very average hotel but shelled out 300$ . Food was also average. You are paying for the location .

only a 10-minute drive from the Grand Canyon entrance, nice breakfast. but the AC in the room was broken, although the maintenance team came to switch and fixed it in 10mins and it took quite some time to connect to the Internet, and the speed is not very fast. and the fridge not getting things cold in that room also.

We needed to extend our stay but ran into a problem as we had booked our hotel through a third party. The people at the front desk bent over backwards for us as the third party was unable to help. We extended our stay with the excellent help from the staff.
