« I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to Hunt's Castle in Rockport, Texas was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable. From the moment we arrived it was clear that property maintenance and customer service was not a priority.

« i reserved the motel ONE month in advance. i got my reservation canceled because i didn’t respond to a confirmation within 2 hours of the check in. (i was busy stranded on the side of the highway because my car’s transmission blew). I get picked up by my dad, check my phone to see they canceled my reservation. when i looked to see if i could get it back, i found out they sold my room for 3X the price. horrible. »
