The view from the higher floors is spectacular. Older property that is being swamped by the new builds around it, so pool area will be overshadowed, however location and views amazing.

Our room had an awesome view (10B) - any high rooms with letters B,C or D would have great views. The new adjacent highrise building Construction works happening on the northern side were somewhat annoying noise wise and privacy wise in the pool but we were definitely made aware of this prior to booking and whist they were occasionally annoying they did not distract from our stay one bit. We would most definitely return to Voyager and would definitely recommend anyone contemplating to stay there to not hesitate to do so. It is in a perfect position, is clean, secure and well maintained for its age. Great value. Anthony & Rose - Melbourne!

I'll start by saying we would definitely stay at Voyager Resort again, it is an older property and it's a little rough around the edges(needs a bit of paint here and there) but it is clean and the staff are very friendly. It is located in a beautiful spot right across from the park and the beach, shopping and restaurants are all within an easy stroll. The only negative we have is the carpark, it's very tight and if like us you have a larger SUV(MUX) it doesn't have a lot of clearance and getting in and out of the parking spots is interesting. We did fit but if your 4x4 has a lift kit forget it, we will take our other car next time. The upside, we parked our car and didn't need it again until we left.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communication prior to and during our stay was excellent. Cleaning prior to arrival and half way through our stay was also excellent. Bed was very comfortable and the views were amazing (level 12). While the building and rooms are dated it was excellent value for money and had everything we needed, including reliable wifi, with the bonus of free and secure underground parking. No disturbance from construction next door. Can't wait to return!

Building works next door but if you have a C or D room on each floor, there is little if any disturbance. Voyager building has been sold and will eventually be torn down and another building will replace it.

Excellent position close to everything. Fantastic view of the surf from balcony. Easy check in given a room away from construction next door but it was not that noisy. Nice pool and spa area. Apartment was small but had everything we needed but a bit bland very old and dated. Bathroom as clean as it could be but bath stained and grout moldy. Need to clean cobwebs behind the blinds. Overall not too bad for a few days.

Great Stay
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff communication before our stay was excellent and fast. We requested a seaview away from current construction, and got exactly that - so grateful. Yes, apartments are a little dated, but hey, you're not living there and for the price, extremely reasonable. And, the free parking is a great bonus, please never charge. Apartment had everything we needed, as well as a very convenient location. We will definitely stay again, and will request either the same room or one above it - sea/beach views are stunning. Thanks Voyager!!

The room we booked for four people was tiny (1 bedroom, 1 "living" room), they'd just added 2 tiny sofa beds into the living room so we barely had any space. The actual hotel and amenities were good! Pool, spar, hot tub and sauna and the location was right across from the beach with a great view. There were also plenty of awesome bars, pubs and restaurants nearby and it was a short walk from two shopping centres (Pacific Fair was awesome, some great shops and stuff there). Unfortunately there was heavy construction right across from the hotel which tainted our view and it also smelled like ass and was very loud, so that was bad (not the fault of the hotel but it was still a bummer). Staff were nice, but our door key didn't work when we arrived so we had to get the security guy to keep opening our door which was a bit annoying too. Overall the hotel and surrounding area was great but the construction was very annoying

We a family of 4 stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment. Check in was fast & easy. The apartment was older, but spotlessly clean. The bed & pillows we’re comfortable. We had the best views of the sea. We even got to see the whales from the balcony. The location was excellent! Close to restaurants, the beach & kids park. There was even free on-site parking. Would definitely stay again.

Dreary uninviting accomodation
Unfortunately a less than ideal room. A few issues worth mentioning: *Bed spreads not washed or not washed well, unsightly hair covered most of the spread. *Strange odour in the bedroom. Musky odour. *Weird persistent humming sound in the bedroom, sounded like it was coming from adjacent or upstairs neighbours. Ear plugs were needed. *Shower ran out of hot water after 5mins. Overall dreary dark coloured decor, was not inviting. Hotel is located in a beautifully convenient spot but the room is definitely in desperate need of a refresh, particularly for the serious amount of money spent to stay for 2 nights over off peak season. Unfortunately won’t be staying there again.

Edvina, Thank you for your personal views, we are extremely surprised & disappointed to see such a testimonial. We absolutely pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our apartments. The room was cleaned after your departure today & we could not see the complaints you speak of. As for a strange odour in the bedroom this also was nowhere to be seen. It's unfortunate that you did not approach reception with any of these matters. We are a very busy resort as you will see from other guests our cleanliness is rated 9 out of 10. Infact nothing that relates to our resort is less than an 8.3 out of 10 including 8.8 value for money. At $190, $220 for the 1st night of the School Holidays for a Fully Self Contained, 1 Bedroom Apartment with Ocean views directly opposite Kurrawa Surf Club & in one of the best positions in Broadbeach we believe this is a great deal. As for dreary dark coloured decor, if only we could upload the photos of your light bright airy room. Light newly painted cream walls, with your bedroom, kitchen & loungeroom directly overlooking the ocean & a balcony that opens up off your verandah to the ocean breeze & the sunrise directly over the ocean infront & beaming into the apartment on a winters morning... something just not adding up with your views on the apartment. Newly renovated bathroom & kitchen, we would be interested to see another resort in Broadbeach match our location & value for money. It's unfortunate you do not wish to return we have many happy guests that will & do, year in & out.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Surprised to find food in the oven/not cleaned. However the apartment was in a perfect location, across the road from the beach, surf club and children’s play ground. Only a minutes walk to Woolworths and small shopping area and many restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic view and location. For what we needed it for it was perfect. Bathroom could do with a bit of a cleanup, very tiny and bath was extremely small.
