I think you may be confused about the blinds as the first blind is a blackout blind that blocks all sunlight and the second blind is a shear blind that dulls the sunshine but still allows light into the room. The floors are always thoroughly scrubbed before any check-in but next time if you are unhappy please let the Manager know and they will fix any problem should you find one. Also the dishwashers do work well but they may be slightly smaller then normal so its important not to overload them. Hopefully your next visit will let us show you just how much we care about the guests experience.
