Well done Liam and Nikita for rescuing our stay. On arriving we were checked into a double, not a king as booked and paid for. I'm surprised we were charged extra to park in their own car park as guests.

I've been staying in this hotel for a few years now, and I usually enjoy my stay but not this time. Fist I has bed bugs, and while staff was absolutely fantastic and they gave me another room no question asked, this shouldn't have happened in first place. The second room was great but it was heavy smoke smell in the corridors, def not how I pictured non smoking rooms. Hope they'll do better next time

To the manager and being an Accor Vacation Club member, I would not say this is an enjoyable stay. 1. Only after booking and full payment, email arrived 2 days later about things to know which are not clearly stated at booking time. 2. Parking was stated at $15.00 per car per day, which is not ideal but when arrived at check in, your staff said it’s $20.00, not $15.00. I mentioned that it was stated as $15, she only said it has changed. That’s misrepresentation in law. 3. There is a restaurant on site but later informed that it does not offer lunch, dinner nor in room dining. There was even still an ad at elevator for buffet breakfast deal but small print states valid till 30 April and I checked in on 4 May. 4. Parking was charged but then be informed that it’s at Deliveries section of the basement, hence no lift for luggage. After hours will have to be opened by getting out of the car to tap! 5. For an Accor affiliated property, there were no shower cap, no sanitary bags, no laundry bag and no smart TV either. 6. Cleaner came in to tidy room but did not clean the coffee cups. 7. There was spa tub amenity but it’s the first that I have been to which are outdoor but not heated. To the party that is reviewing this, they should seriously review the management of the hotel.

There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. They mention water and other things in welcome card but there wasn’t anything. There was a big sting on the floor.

Property had numerous water leak issues while I stayed there. For a three night stay I had to move the room three times (1st room in a terrible condition with Damaged and outdated furniture, dirty bedding, curtains, ripped carpets, bathroom full of mould….2nd room was affected by flooding and had 6 ventilators on 24/7 in front of my room- this room was slightly better furnished however very smelly, extremely noisy due to ventilators on the hallway in front of the room and heaps of mould in bathroom. Last third room was newly furnished however heaps of mould in the bathroom and hallway walls- very smelly due to that and very thin pillows which were very uncomfortable to sleep on) Two receptionist could not be bothered with my accommodation issues. Kate night manager was lovely and helped with the change of room however due to full capacity there wasn’t many options so I moved at 9:30pm one night and the other day the room wasn’t ready until 3:30pm so I wasted so much time and energy resolving the matter. Hotel is in a great location, close to everything however due to its condition it is just so terrible that I would not recommend stay there. I wish I booked a different hotel as was traveling from interstate and very am disappointed with wasted money on this accommodation.

There was no restaurant to accommodate guests of an evening. The hallway on Floor 14 smelt and was noisy due to all the equipment there trying to dry the carpet. The rooms need a good overall as cupboard doors were jammed and made it difficult to access the fridge.

This property is dirty and run down with many maintenance issues. Staff are poorly trained and obviously management is lacking . Overall I will not be coming back and definitely not recommend.

Excellent place to stay. Reception and cleaners do a great job. Location is great also, close to the beach, shopping, dining and night life. Highly recommend

Adequate accommodation if you're on a budget, but hotel is a bit old and tired and could certain use a refresh. If you're a light sleeper avoid rooms with even numbers - that side of the building is directly above an open air beach club which is open late.

Convenient location but is an old building with access and maintenance issues. The underground parking does not have a lift to the lobby or rooms which you don't find out until having paid and extra $15/day up front. To reach the lobby from the single level underground carpark you have to drag your luggage up a narrow flight of fire escape stairs that would be totally impossible for people with any sort of disability or injury. The access to the carpark was also not secure as the boomgate was missing. The keycard was still essential to be able to exit the emergency stairwell! On the last morning of my stay the water supply to the room was cut without notice. No showers, no tap or toilet flushing water at 7am in the morning. The staff seemed pleasant enough and the room was relatively clean and comfortable apart from the loss of water supply on the last day.

Very close to the beach and the town can have lots of fun being Close to night life in the town with easy access to everything. Specially all staff are professional, kind and efficient and very helpful.
