As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 9pm- 7am.

The inside car space measured at maximum height would be 1.8m There is about a 17 cm drop from the roof of concrete over our past space.

Broadbeach is a fantastic spot to stay! It is a central location on the Gold coast, with beautiful beaches, framed by lazy parks, home to weekend markets and week day yoga classes. Take a stroll down the broadbeach mall, visit the iconic Pacific Fair shopping centre, dine in one of the many award winning restaurants or bars or head over to The Star Casino with its 24 hour casino, bars and restaurants.

no need for a car as you have the G and bus stops so close but walking is the best way as everthing is so close

NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group.

Please note: a pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $1000. excess hair left will incur additionaly cleaning charge of $100.

"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorise separately. See House rules for more info
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
A $35 booking tax is levied on per bookings to cover guest ID and identity validation
- NOTE: Occasionally the lift may be out of action. This is out of our control as it is an older Building. Just letting you know if you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs at is as it is only on the second floor.
You may be required to allow access for service personnel should repairs or maintenance be necessary. The guest agrees to allow the agent and/or
appointed tradesperson to enter onto the property at
any time to effect or investigate repairs or complaints.
All repairs will be affected as soon as practicable.

The unit was spotlessly clean and very well appointed, will definitely stay again. The location was amazing and we didnt have to use our car because we were so close to everything. Our precious pooch was also welcome and enjoyed his stay with daily beach swims just over the road. Highly recommend! A

The apartment had a lovely layout and the decor was lovely. Loved the lounge are and enclosed outdoor balcony with a lovely view. Wish we could have stayed longer

Despite being a beautifully renovated apartment and very centrally located to the Oasis precinct, Pacific Fair, and across the road from the beach, what lets this apartment down is the age of the building. The lift is poorly maintained and a bit of steel was protruding which cut my daughter. The car park height is actually only 1.7m, not 1.95m as advertised so if your car does not fit under 1.7, you will struggle to find street parking in the 3P and 4P zone and will have to move your car around all day in a very busy car parking zone. Unfortunately the fabric lounge and feather down throw pillows caused some allergic reactions in my family. Also the portable air-conditioners in the bedrooms are very noisy and we could not sleep with them at night. Luckily we stayed in April, so the nights were not that hot. Nevertheless we still enjoyed the central location to the shops, entertainment precinct and the beach, and being able to bring our small dog on holidays was great.

Finding the accomodation was difficult as the wording regarding how to get there was unclear. The unit itself was clean and relatively spacious. One final thing to note is the electronic lock on the door to the apartment is hard to operate and we were locked out a couple of times despite knowing the code.
