« This is a lovely apartment in a secluded cul-de-sac of cottages. It is well appointed, albeit relatively small, but still fine for our family (2 adults and 2 teenagers). The town of Winchcombe is only a short walk away, and there is a well maintained footpath leading to the Castle grounds and entrance. The free access to the castle is a real bonus. »

Our only compliant is that we checked out over a week ago and have still not received a refund of the deposit by bank transfer as promised even though we were informed it was being paid. We stay in a lot of holiday lets with refundable deposits and have never had to use a bank transfer system before. Using a credit card guarantee is in our view far better as bank transfers...
