Beds were on the firm side, but OK for us. The location is perfect - very close to town, but with a lovely green space in front. The bathroom is a bit dated, but functional - good shower over the bath. Would recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Cheltenham in an attractive area. »

« Beautifully presented property, perfect for our stay with our son for his graduation. Short walk to the high street and short drive to the racecourse. As stated in another review, a bit more soundproofing would be beneficial as the people above had a baby/toddler, but it didn’t spoil our stay. »

« I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. « Great flat local to Gloucester and the docks. Sometimes the out of hours contact was hard to get hold of but that is no way a negative on the flat. Very tidy and clean with all basic items you need. »

« Modern 2 bedroom apartment very close to the town centre. Very clean and quiet with all mod cons. TV has free Netflix included, however the couch was too small to lie down on comfortably. Only other negative was a noisy manhole cover in the street which vibrated every time a car drove over it ( not the fault of the apartment obviously). »

« This flat was very nicely appointed, the only issue we had was that despite adjusting the temperature controls in every room they appeared to make no difference to the actual temperature - they were either on or off regardless of the setting. However the booking policies, which are not mentioned clearly on this site, put us off travelling back. The owner wants you to send them photographic ID for every person staying and will only take a deposit by bank transfer so wants your bank details to...
