« Key essentials are very good - hot strong shower, comfortable beds. Room decor is in need of some attention, but it is big site and understandably difficult to keep on top of. Not really an issue. Front facing rooms have great views, but road traffic can start early. Otherwise was very quiet. Would recommend. »

« Absolutely beautiful hotel grounds with good and relaxing vibes! The swing at the garden is a place you shouldn’t miss, the view is gorgeous indeed! I’m staying with kids and surprisingly they enjoyed the stay a lot! Staff are wonderful, polite and helpful, thank you Grace and John at the reception who made our stay even more memorable! Will definitely recommend this place and I hope I’d be back again one day!! »

« From arrival & pulling up in front of the beautiful grand house, full of old world charm, to checking in to our well appointed junior suite, the staff were attentive & polite, the food was delicious, locally sourced & served with attention to detail. The breakfast was excellent and the chef catered for my dietary needs. The hotel is not far from the town centre so it was an easy walk there and back eliminating the need to look for parking. Our visit was a one night stay for a theatre trip but we feel we would like to explore the surrounding area in the future. »
