Arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel et...rien autour. Chambre correcte pour ce type d’établissement. Attention la piscine n'est accessible qu'à certains horaires pour les enfants (ce que nous ne savions pas). Personnel de la réception et de piscine agréable. Mais alors, ceux du restaurant/bar...ne devraient pas faire de métier de service qui sont de vrais métiers. Si c'était à refaire, je choisirais un autre établissement.

Cheery, friendly staff. Great location. Only negaive was the matress in room 421. Our feet felt higher than our heads and right hand side, lower than left. Great otherwise!

A 10 min walk to train for a 9 min trip to Glasgow Central. Or a bus ride from outside the hotel. Hotel lounge is nice with Starbucks. Pool is great - specific slots for families keep it clear for those without kids. Works for everyone. 2-5.30pm for kids and after 9am. Friendly staff.

Nice hotel, in a good area. Bit of a building site next to the hotel. The rooms are a bit basic for the cost. Gym is excellent and pool is good. Food at breakfast was very good - not a load of choice but well cooked.

Stayed here a few times now, always excellent. Staff are fantastic and spot on helpful. Facilities are brilliant, spotless and clean. Whole place is brilliant and the food was top notch!

I stayed three nights while away from work and on the first night I was in a room With a connecting door and I heard everything from the couple next door. And I mean everything! I asked to move and the staff were very nice about it. Also, breakfast wasn’t amazing, and the orange juice was watered down!

Stayed here several times. Rooms are a good size, very clean and modern. In this and previous stay I have been disappointed with the breakfast. On both occasions it was lukewarm.
