La chambre était confortable et pratique, le petit déjeuner était très bon et le choix très complet. Juste un petit bémol: nous sommes restés deux nuits et le lit n'a pas été fait… mais la poubelle à été vidée ;)

Very good option for a small trip in Glasgow ! The hotel is modern and very clean. We had a room without window, so it was a bit weird at first, but we really appreciate the all experience. Good quality-price !

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel bien placé dans le centre de Glasgow. La chambre est assez petite mais bien agencée et la literie de qualité. Chambre propre. Pas de fer à repasser mais une pièce pour repasser par étage.

Ok pour 2 jours à Glasgow
Suffisant pour 2 nuits dans cet hôtel car bien placé en ville mais bruyant la nuit. Il manque quelques accessoires dans la chambre comme des endroits pour poser les valises par exemple et le chauffage n’est pas facilement réglable. Le petit-déjeuner à 9£ est beaucoup trop léger à mes yeux (que du sucré et rien fait maison), possibilité d’aller bruncher aux alentours.

Staff was excellent, had to park several blocks away and carry luggage. Rooms are very small no place to put luggage. Floor was very dirty under bed no wash cloths.

The hotel rooms were cold as the heat does not work. Booked 2 rooms and the heat was broken in both rooms. Bring blankets and sweaters to sleep in. We are ages 30 to 55.

My stay at this hotel was overall excellent. The ladies at both check in and check out were nice and friendly. The room was a good size for one night and I slept well. I especially like the lighting feature (being able to change the colours, brightness and sequence). The shower is also a good size and gets to a hot temperature which is perfect for me, but the folding door can make it a little awkward to get in and out. My only real issue was with the air con in the room - I set it to the highest heat but it didn’t seem to reach this temperature. The air con also kept switching itself on randomly even though I’d set it to off. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay and I’d recommend to others.

Nice and central however the condition of the furnishings in the room was poor, even for a budget hotel. The laminate was peeling off and the safe was unusable. The condition of the corridor leading to the room wasn't good and didn't inspire confidence. All the staff who we met were pleasant and professional.

The hotel is well situated to central Glasgow public transportation. It is an easy walk to both the central train station and bus station. A great variety of restaurants all within walking distance. My one complaint was that the heater didn’t keep my room very warm.

It was great, lovely friendly staff, clean and convenient rooms. Had a flight delay but not a problem as the staff let us sit in the lounge/dining area way past our check out time. And have a luggage room to keep your luggage for you while you wait.
