This hotel has everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one: great bed, Great pillows, nice shower amenities, Nice TV screen. Location : Glasgow Central station is super close (on the downside, you can hear trains from your room if it is on the "Wrong" side). Breakfast was good, and staff is great. Highly recommended.

Lovely business hotel or for a stay during the week. The weekends might be a little difficult. We counted at least three “Hen Weekends” or bachelorette party groups on our Saturday night stay. While they all seemed to be having fun, they had no regard for the other guests-returning late at night in a loud and obnoxious manner. I can’t say that management could have controlled this. I’m just putting out a warning for weekend visits.

Beautiful room. There is no parking and access to the door on arrival is bad. They do make a good effort to tell you where to park through the web but it is still not easy and not good enough for me.

The bathroom was outstanding. The shower was truly a several steps above any shower we have seen in any place we have stayed. The food was excellent (Scottish breakfast was remarkable) and room service was 5 star. I cannot think of anything at the hotel I was disappointed in.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was lovely & clean & equipped with everything we needed. The bar & restaurant area is very nice and the breakfast was fantastic. We were attending an event at The Hydro and it was only a 20 minute walk along the river to the venue so would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.
