« The checking-in process is not well coordinated and the booking was a mess. St Nomad Hospitality said it was cross booked between Traveloka and Expedia. I’m totally unhappy about it. Secondly, the St Nomad person contacted and pestered for deposit and other cost day and night prior checking in. Again, this experience was unnecessary and certainly didn’t expect from Expedia bookings. Upon checking-in we found the kettle was not working, water heater needs to be switched on an hour and half before...

« LIKES: 1. The building/floor was by secure access. 2. It was located close to the to CBD. 3. A monorail line ran in front of the building. 4. Suites were located above a 3 storey shopping centre. 5. A large variety of food outlets in the building and in the general area. 6. Swimming pool on 15th floor. DISLIKES 1. No reception and no access access post 10:00pm. 2. Room furnishings and kitchenette were very basic. 3. Evidence of some cigarette burns on furniture. 4. How to rectify door...
