"What a fantastic stay! The location is top-notch, right next to the KLCC park and in direct contact with the KLCC Suria Mall and the Petronas Towers (you just have to navigate the corridors). There is a metro station about 5 minutes away on foot. Service was excellent. The room was huge as was the bed which was super comfortable with two different types of pillows. Two things could be improved : the TV selection was very limited (only one news channel: BBC World) and most importantly, full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion need to be implemented like in most hotels these days rather than these tiny bottles which generate so much plastic waste. The room being very large, it would have been nice to have a recycling bin as well."

"This hotel is SO convenient. Can arrive there walking from Airport terminal or using their complimentary buggy service. Rooms are super spacious. The food is delicious. My number one choice for a night in KL before taking a flight. "
