« The service was good. Didik Anugerah from the front office help me to sort my train ticket. He was very helpful and friendly. I feel comfortable ad safe in the hotel. I think I choose the wrong date cause the Hotel was fully booked and lots of children's since its Indonesia school holiday.
The room is a bit dated and need improvement on the toilet and the bed. Overall I will come back to this hotel cause its convenient and near to all the outlets and eateries. »

« Hotel très propre et très bien situé. la chambre est top, avec une superbe vue. La salle de bain est tout simplement géniale avec ses parois en verre. Le skybar et la piscine sont anecdotiques, le petit déjeuné reste très correct. J'y reviendrai ! »

They always checked with me to make sure that all was in order and helped me get transportation information.
The manager drove me from Bandung to Bogor (he was going there) and made sure he provided the new hotel with my onward transportation needs.

« Hôtel super avec un bon accueil, un service exceptionnel. La chambre très spacieuse avec petit balcon . Le restaurant était très bon .
Nous y sommes allé pour un anniversaire et ils avaient tout bien préparé pour le soir (j'avais réservé une table ).
