« pemilik seperti tidak serius, sehingga komunikasi susah dan service so so.

« Quite the place! The rooms are very large and luxurious. They are decorated with style (not the bland usual types we have in ultra modern hotel). This hotel has a soul. There is an attached mall - very convenient- and the pools are big. Great for kids. Good breakfast. »

« Very well located, very friendly staff, very good breakfast, clean property. I really enjoyed my stay in Bandung. »

« Words cannot describe how wonderful my stay was. The staff would rate a 10000000/10 and the location cannot be beat. Walking distance to Paskal Hypersquare, Bandung station and lots of wonderful street vendors. The attention to detail and the personal experience cannot be beat. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making Mine Home my home for the two weeks I was there. How many times do you cry to say goodbye to hotel staff? Nuff said. »

« on september 21 2026 I was need a medical emergency, the staff was very kind assisting us without hassle , they provided us a medical team to our room within an hour .: from the bottom of my heart thank you so much to all the staff at the Hotel for your assistance. keep up the good job !❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ we also thanks to Home care medical team from Hermina Hospital for your excellent services ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ »

« Pros: The staff was very helpful, the breakfast food was varied and good, and the massage was great. Cons: There were only two bath towels in the room and no face towels. The showerhead was broken, and the bathroom layout was so awkward that water flooded outside the shower area. Overall, I wouldn't come back to this hotel because of the poor cleanliness; the carpet in the hallway was very dirty and there’s some liquid stain on the wall »

« Great value for price point! Very nice view to complement the well maintained rooms! »

« No iron, Mattresses are hard, like sleeping on the wooden plank. No hotel shops. »
