« This home was perfect for our group of 12. It offered plenty of space and was thoughtfully laid out. We could all gather comfortably in the living room, kitchen, and out on the deck for meals, yet the bedrooms were spread out enough to give everyone privacy and quiet when needed. « The Lemon Shack is the perfect beach getaway. Hugo has thought of everything you could need for a great beach day and was very accommodating. Always available via text when we needed him, but we never really needed anything because they have it all. Short easy walk to the beach and pretty sunsets from the kayak launch area. « We stayed for 8 nights. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. We used the 3 nice bicycles, paddle board, beach umbrella and sand toys that were provided. We had smallChildren so the washer and dryer wasgreat! Maintenance man was very responsive when we had questions about the hot tub equipment etc. »

« The home was as described. Walked around neighborhood nice and quiet. Lots of ducks, birds in pond across the way. 1/2 hour to an hour to many beaches. We went to a different one each day. Beds comfortable had all the appliances and kitchen gadgets we needed. Only downside all towels in closet were so damp had to dry but we had a washer and dryer. Grill needed to be cleaned and smoked us out. Should have heated po very cold but the kids stayed in until they were blue and then took a hot bath....

« Thank you for sharing your property with us! We had magnificent views—- including a full double rainbow 😍 the space was comfortable and clean and perfect for a long weekend getaway. We were able to easily access our boat to spend time on Cayo costa, lunch on cabbage key and a dip in the pool at the N. Captiva club. We didn’t need to use the bunk house, but would be perfect if we brought the kids! Thank you!! »
