The Rotonda Retreat is a spacious fully renovated home which has been lovingly designed and furnished with your comfort in mind. This home is 1700sq ft single-story and has a split bedroom layout with access to the back lanai/pool area from 2 bedrooms in addition to the kitchen/dining area. There is LOTS of natural light thanks to the large sliding doors and windows throughout and a NEW AC system to keep everyone cool and comfortable! Also all bedrooms have NEW quality mattresses/sheets/linens/pillows for your comfort. The lanai has plenty of outdoor furniture and a NEW 5 burner grill!
BEDROOM LAYOUT
#1 Master. This room has a king sized bed and a 50” wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix and Disney+/Hulu for your enjoyment. Additionally, there is a dedicated workspace and chair. The king mattress has a plush top and quite comfortable. There is a his/her closet with plenty of hangers and storage space. You will find a pack and play and highchair in this area. The en suite bathroom has a double vanity and a standing shower. The lanai/pool area can be accessed directly through the sliding door.
#2 Bedroom. This room has a queen size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. The queen mattress has a plush top which is quite comfortable. There is a 55” smart TV with Netflix and Disney+/Hulu for your enjoyment The lanai/pool area can be accessed directly through the sliding door.
#3 Bedroom. This room has a queen size bed and a standard closet with hangers and plenty of storage. The queen mattress has a plush top and is quite comfortable.
BATHROOMS
#1 Master. There is a double sink vanity and a standing shower. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc.
#2 Main. There is a single sink vanity and a walk-in sit down jetted Jacuzzi tub with a handheld shower wand. You will find bath towels and pool towels in the linen closet. All toiletries and towels are available for your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels etc
LIVING ROOM
The living room area is quite spacious with plenty of natural light. There is a queen pull out sleeper sofa and a couch. You will find many games and a variety of books in the bookshelf. The oversized coffee table doubles as a gaming table as well. Additionally there is a 70” wall-mounted smart television with Netflix and Disney+/Hulu for your enjoyment.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA
Fully stocked with everything that you will need for your stay. The dining area accommodates 12 with eight dining chairs and four barstools for countertop seating. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit is available in the kitchen.
LANAI/POOL AREA
There is an outdoor dining table with six chairs for dining outside and a conversation patio set with seating for four. Additionally there are 4 lounge chairs and a propane grill. The pool is 6.5 feet deep at the deep end. It is solar heated through rooftop system and water temp is maintained at 85* degrees 11/01 - 05/01 and gets warmer as the weather gets hotter.
GARAGE
The washer and dryer are located in the garage. Laundry detergent pods are provided. Additionally, you will find beach equipment, such as 8 chairs, 3 umbrellas, life jackets, misc pool floaties, and wagon to make transportation a breeze.
PARKING
The garage can be used to park a vehicle or trailer and we have a garage remote for your convenience. The driveway is oversized and can accommodate 4 vehicles comfortably. This community does not allow commercial vehicles of any kind including trailers, campers, recreational vehicles, etc. to be parked on the driveway or the grass without prior approval please note there will be an additional fee of $25 per night for parking a recreational vehicle on the property. Please do not park anything on the grass!
PET POLICY
This property is pet friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs under 20lbs. The pet fee is $100 per stay. If you are traveling with larger breeds please reach out to see if we can accommodate. Guests are 100% responsible for any/all damage caused by pets. Please cleanup after your pets!
***To note, while this property is pet friendly the property is NOT fenced as it backs to the golf course.
OCCUPANCY
This property can comfortably accommodate 8 guests and we CAN accommodate up to 12 guests for an additional fee with (2) blowup mattresses that we can provide. Extra linens, blankets, pillows, towels and toiletries will be provided as well.
