« Home was clean, easy to find parking, and convenient to public transit via street car that runs to Union Station frequently. The host was very responsive when expressing needs or issues. We traveled with two senior citizens who struggled with the walk up to the 4th floor apartment. I live in NYC and not much makes me uncomfortable but the immediate corner has some folks outside day and night doing some sketchy business. « This was a great, spacious condo for our family to celebrate UMD graduation, about a 20 minute drive away. It is just as it appears in photos, spread over 3 levels. No elevator so be prepared for stairs. Lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks and a 3-min drive to a cute neighborhood and amenities, restaurants and shops around Catholic U. Communication leading up to the stay was inconsistent but all worked out well. »

« The host was marvelous. She had the site set up nicely. It was clean. She had plenty of towels and wash clothes. Very well done A few complaints, some of the neighborhood residents were asking for money. That was annoying. The parking was difficult on some days. I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements. »

« We rented the castle which was 3 apartments. It was perfect for our large group. All three condos were spotless, the beds were comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Garth was very responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our gathering and we would be happy to rent again. »

« The house was clean. The outside table and children's playhouse not so much. The cushions on the basement couch were badly stained. These are observation not complaints. There was plenty of parking and the neighbors were friendly. Speedy replies from the owner. »
