1. Pure Voyage Shaw

Secteur Nothwest

« If hell was a place this would be it literally if looks were it ….it would be the best place ever is a beautiful looking place, but as far as cleanliness and amenities and ease of getting in Area that we were supposed to go to was awful. The balcony was a selling point, which was not supposed to be used although the actual balcony door was broken so I had to Jimmy a chair under the door to stop it from flapping open during the night, I hated the moment that I got there until the moment that we...

« Expect similar amenities and cleanliness as in an old highway motel. There were cockroaches in the bathroom along with a moldy shower curtain, active mouse traps set up in one closet, very dirty windows, plastic bottles and soda cans discarded in front of the front window (which is directly at the view level), broken plastic blinds on the back window, and some of the furniture was broken or dirty. You are sleeping in the same room where the furnace for the entire house is located - it is very...

« No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again. »

Secteur Nothwest

« Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again. »

« This apartment is extremely well appointed and is in a very convenient location in the upper part of Georgetown; perfect for a combination of work and vacation! It has very fast Internet for video calls. During a heat wave, the central A/C worked to keep things very cool (it stays slightly warmer in the bedroom, so consider setting the temperature cooler when you sleep). There was plenty of closet space and a dresser for clothes. The shower pressure was wonderful, and having a washer/dryer was...

« We were a party of 5 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We all had our own bed which was a plus. The location was pretty central to everywhere we wantes to be. In town for a conference at the convention center which was about a 10 minute drive. Its alot of stairs if tou have lots of luggge. While we were in D.C. the weather was in the 90s which cause thed upstairs bedrooms to be very hot. They never cooled down like we slept on top of the bedding. Other than the heat the place...

« Staying with Jorge and Dave is like staying over with friends - who cook and clean for you… I was in DC for work so I was slightly apprehensive about staying out in a residential area. But they go above and beyond. Staying at Malolo is SO much better than a generic brand name hotel for the same price (or more!). The hospitality is what you hope for at a B and B. As part of the community Jorge and Dave can share stories about the community and the neighborhood. They can recommend places to visit...
