Ryokans à Gare de Saiin

« Hôtel très bien »

« Very warm welcome and impeccable service. On the other hand, the soundproofing is very poor and we could hear everything that was going on in the street (lots of passing cars and motorcyclists taking advantage of the straight line to accelerate). Apart from that, our room would have deserved to be renovated. »

« great s0ot »

« Very nice hotel, great dinning. Very good breakfast. »

« Great customer service! »

« BLACK MOLD, don’t book. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is a real health concern. The woman asked to “clean” it and offered another took but the while building smelled like mold. You can’t simply clean mold. You need to have it professionally removed. I understand Japan is humid and the bathroom is wet but other hotels offer a dehumidifier. We decided not to stay and we could not get a refund. Truly sucks since we couldn’t see the place until we checked in. »
