« It was a comfortable, cozy and clean. All amenities provided were good except for hair dryer which was not part of it. It will be good if this is provided. As for the contact point, Sofia who I was in touch with prior to departure to Geneva was very supportive and helpful also June who was my contact point during and after check in. Thanks to them. « We were scheduled to arrive in Geneva on May 9 so I contacted the owner for check in instructions. Instead, a few minutes later, I received a cancellation from him. This left me scrambling to find a new place to stay at the last minute. This is very unprofessional. Most places have to be approved before they are rented out. I was not able to find a place in Geneva, but had to get a place an hour away, which was a great inconvenience. »
