« Nori was very gracious! Even let us in very early instead of just storing luggage. The house was well equipped, but plan to bring your own bath/hair products (we always do so not an issue for us). The location was great with a great view of the lake. »

« Fantastic gem in the heart of Geneva. Our original booking for another hotel got cancelled so we stumbled across this property as an alternative and we are so happy we did! Such a lovely surprise to find this accommodation that straddles the best of both a hotel and private apartment in the old town. Location, decor and amenities were fantastic plus the service and staff were so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer! »

« It was a comfortable, cozy and clean. All amenities provided were good except for hair dryer which was not part of it. It will be good if this is provided. As for the contact point, Sofia who I was in touch with prior to departure to Geneva was very supportive and helpful also June who was my contact point during and after check in. Thanks to them. Will repeat my stay at this apartment at any time I am in Geneva »

« Belle hôtel idéal pour un voyage en famille. Très propre. Chambre familiale lit King size top et canapé lit pour les enfants. Seul bémol, le canapé qui grince excessivement à chaque fois que l’on bouge un orteil. Très désagréable ! »

« Quelques distributeurs de boissons/en cas seraient bienvenus lors des arrivées tardives ou petits creux Dérangé par des gens qui parlaient dès 7h du matin et fumaient dans leur chambre, du coup pour préciser que certains murs sont mal isolés, impossible de trouver une solution avec le réceptionniste… Dommage Pour autant chambres modernes et propres, avec très bonne literie ! »
