« Nice location , clean but rooms were on 2nd floor making it difficult to carry heavy luggages. Parking was a challenge but found nearby paid parking. TV wasn’t working . Needed repairs but engineers wouldn’t arrive till following day. »

« The place looks the same as the photos. Clean and nicely renovated. Spacious and comfortable. The host is responsive and kind. The building has an elevator and it’s traditional style. There is extra charges for check in time after 8pm. It’s next to the train station so expect some noise to trade for the convenience. »

« The location can’t be beat and paid parking is close by. Every need was anticipated- electric converter, coffee, milk, laundry soap were especially appreciated. Elevator to apartment- good to have, and being on 4th floor kept us away from crowds. Room is straightenforward and comfortable and a fairly good size compared to some other places. Not top luxury but for a good price (this IS Florence…) its comfortable, convenient, clean and easy communication. »
