« The air conditioning worked great. The room was very clean. The location was great as it was just a short walk to the train station. The host answered us right away when we needed assistance which was very helpful. »

« I wish I could give this property a better review. The property itself was great, and room was great, the security was great (though the timer on the motion-detected lights in the hallway could be set longer - my wife had to move around in the hallway to keep the lights on while I fumbled with the key in the door lock). The one thing that keeps this from being an excellent review is the street noise in the room. We could not sleep without earplugs (lucky we both had some). The traffic noise was...

« Loved the location, right near the Ponte Vecchio and within easy walking distance of museums, shopping, and dining. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the suite (in between the rooms) had an unpleasant smell. There was not coffee provided in the rooms, which was a major disappointment for me. Tea was provided, but I had to go out each morning to find coffee at 7 am as soon as the bistros opened. »

« Chambre propre et confortable »

« Emanuel went over and above to make our stay comfortable. He was friendly and his kind personality shone through. The location was easy to find and a walkable distance to all the major sights. »

« Excellent to visit Florence »

« Great location with easy access to train station and Florence. The breakfast was well appointed and included meats, breads and fruits. Our room was spacious and quiet with elevator access. »
