« Tout était simplement parfait. L’emplacement idéal près de plusieurs boulangeries, restau et métro. Le flat était bien équipé et les lits super confortable. Mina nous a bien expliqué le fonctionnement des appareils à notre arrivé et avoir une laveuse/sèche linge était très apprécié. Si j’ai le privilège de retourner à Paris je vais définitivement louer ce flat encore une fois. »

« Bed sheets were not clean, outlets didn't work, terrible pillow and shower hardly drained. Generally the place was barely minimal and not very clean. No hooks or any places at all to put clothing, not even a luggage stand. For very little $$ the owners could greatly improve the place. Well appointed is a major stretch. Location was very good and price was low for Paris. It worked but I would not recommend it. »

« Only a block from the Seine! The small room was clean although the carpet under the bed was fairly dingy. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. It was a hot July week in Paris; no AC but a strong fan was provided. Travellers need to know that the room is 4 floors up a semi-spiral staircase and there is no elevator. Carrying suitcases up and down was awkward, tho' I considered it daily exercise. Unfortunately, my plane got in at 6am and instruction from the host informed that room access...
