« Good responsiveness overall. Nice quiet neighborhood but outside the center city (but able to commute into it by bus). The lofts 3 had an odd smell to it that lingered for the entire stay. Some difficulties figuring out the TV and streaming services. Air conditioning was very good though and quickly cooled the entire flat. More towels without fee would be appreciated. »

« Room was amazing. Would have been great to have a drier for the cloth, with the humidity in the city cloth took almost two days to dry. Apartment was amazing and location was great for us, few minutes walk to convention center, 2 blocks from market and 20 min walk or 10 min bike ride from downtown. Would definitely recommend!! »

« If the weather forecast says it is raining in Bologna on the day you come, do NOT book a stay here. The key to the apartment is delivered to you by a person (it is not a keybox). This person is not allowed to use electric bike in the rain (no insurance, was the reason). The result for our stay was that we waited for 2 hours for the rain to stop, outside the entrance of the apartment. We offered to swing by where the person live in our taxi, to pick up the key, but there was a requirement that...
