Propriétaire très réactif (que ce soit pour une demande ou pour le problème de propreté dans la cuisine). Logement calme adapté aux chiens. Voiture indispensable, parking à 10-15min selon la place mais attention ça grimpe! Nous recommandons la location pour les bons marcheurs. »

« La casa estaba correcta, pero no habia aire acondicionado y solo habia un ventilador que funcionaba mal. Solicitamos dos ventiladores y nos trajeron uno y no prendia. El wifi no funciono en ningun momento de nuestra estadia y no lo solucionaron. Buena y amplia cocina. Vstas muy bonitas dado que esta en la subida de un cerro. Pequeñas cosas a solucionar por parte del dueño y seria una muy buena experiencia. »

« Charming space in a charming town. My sister and nieces were delighted with our stay. The apartment is clean, well equipped and the location can't be beat. A bakery, and nice grocery store, are literally next door and Lake Como is just down the street. Lovely little Bellano is a short wonderful walk along the lido. Fredrico is a great host. He responds immediately and pleasantly to all communications. I would definitely stay here again. »

« The space wasn’t very clean, so many bugs everywhere, cobwebs in the corner and stained sofa/seat. The view was nice but not worth the hike all the way up and down each day. There was no bus and it was very hard to get a taxi. I would recommend staying closer to the town if you’re taking the ferries. »

« The property lost electricity - reported it early morning at 8.43am and still had no electricity 24hours later. With kids and family this was difficult - I’ve made a video and chased and chased with no comms -they asked us to turn the fuse on at the fuse box in the basement! very unhelpful. We had to locate a hotel room for one night - it was the 2nd day before we got electricity. Do not use unsafe and unhelpful »
